PDF Editor

Reorder, rotate or remove PDF pages in your browser. The editor creates a new PDF and leaves your original file untouched.
Runs in your browser. Nothing is uploaded.

Your PDF is edited locally in this browser. The original file is never changed, and nothing is uploaded.

How to use the PDF Editor

  1. Choose one PDF. Page previews are rendered locally in your browser.
  2. Select pages to rotate or delete, and use the page arrows to change the order.
  3. Select Apply changes to create and download a new PDF.

Examples

  • Reorder a document. Move a page up or down until the pages appear in the order you need.
  • Remove an extra page. Select its checkbox and choose Delete selected.
  • Fix sideways pages. Select one or more pages and rotate them left or right.

How local PDF editing works

Page previews are rendered by PDF.js in your browser. When you apply the changes, pdf-lib copies the chosen pages into a new PDF in the displayed order and updates page rotation metadata. Pages are not rasterised; the original document remains unchanged and nothing is uploaded.

Focused page editing

This tool supports page selection, reordering, deletion and rotation only. It does not add or edit text, annotations, signatures, forms, drawings or OCR. Complex PDF features may not all survive page copying.

Frequently asked questions

Does the editor change the original PDF?

No. It reads the selected file locally and produces a separate PDF for download.

Will every PDF feature be preserved?

Page content, dimensions and orientation are preserved as much as possible. Some complex document-level features may not be retained when pages are copied.

Can I delete every page?

No. A valid PDF must contain at least one page, so the editor always keeps one or more pages.

Is the PDF uploaded?

No. Preview and page editing run locally in this browser. The PDF is not sent to a server or external API.
